With the exception of the fact the shares owned by our dear friend, the late Mark Ninnim who passed away, aged just 57 (here and here) have passed to his estate.

It is with great sadness that we advise, Unique Property Club member, Mark Ninnim died at the age of 53 years old. This was clearly a shock to family and friends. Unique Property Club members may like to know that Mark actively ensured Sannox Hotel was eligible for support in excess of £10,000 + £4,800 to help us preserve the community amenity element (new village shop).
Mark is genuinely missed by Russ and the Team at Unique Property Bulletin. His wise counsel and good humour was always appreciated. Only after he passed, was the depth of gratitude and respect apparent as he was and still is missed. From his being an enthusiastic part of what Unique Property Club seeks to do (here). To the empirical things such as a weekly phone call between Mark and Russ: whether it be considering a colony of garages or a small castle on the candidate building list.
Our condolences go to Mark’s wife Natasha and his family. For members wishing to make an honourarium, Mark was stalwart supporter of the RNLI. Further information: Here.
