This is why we limit our shareholder membership at 90 to 110 shareholders so we are still not too big. This way the directors know every shareholder and vice versa. That is how the directors wish the organisation to operate.

Neither Unique Property Bulletin Ltd, nor Unique Property Club handle property purchase funds. 100% of these go direct to the UPC solicitors. The only exception being the new member application amount (minimum £1,000 up to maximum: £5,000).
Because of Anti Money Laundering Regulations and the multi-million pound Unique Property Club asset portfolio (here) the UPC solicitors only handle established and Anti Money Laundering vetted members’ funds.
