Unlocking Good

The founder and managing director (former profession credentials on the principal of statutory “candour” and full disclosure: click here) is grateful that the concerns we: Unique Property Bulletin Ltd (here and here) plus it’s subsidiary organisation: “Unique Property Club” (here) have been listened to, along with 31 other organisations.

We aim to help improve the legislation so that it can assist in helping replace the many “property clubs” that just gave up and closed after 2010, due to being collaterally damaged after the (rightfully needed) legislative tightening following the banking crisis of 2007-2008 (here).

In fact, we are going further. Readers of this page and website should be able to observe additional proof-of-concept improvements (specific to property clubs), for example:-

A recommended “Restricted Exemption Class” for when…

1]. Mortgages Are Banned On Property Club Assets.

2]. All Property Club Buildings 100% Owned By Members.

3]. All Property Club Buildings Are Fully Insured For Replacement& Public Liability.

Our main reason for this to “Unlock The Good” that can and does result from non governmental organisations such as “property clubs.”

The directors and volunteers here at Unique Property Bulletin Ltd., t/a “Unique Property Club” are passionate about what has resulted when a group of friends join together.

Consequently, we are keen to follow through the original concerns raised about the misuse of the “sophisticated investor” loophole and perhaps respectfully illustrate by actual actions at this property-club, where fine tuning to the new legislation might be considered.
